Saturday 1st XI: Streetly (A): 1.30pm start
Sunday 1st XI: Quatt in the NVC: 2 00pm start

Our U16′s have finished their season with an impressive record of played 10 won 9, this has left them sitting 5 points clear at the top of the league, with a guaranteed minimum share of the league title, depending on Bedworth’s result next week against Griff & Coton.

I am not going to single out any of the players, as throughout the season they have all stepped up to the plate and put in important performances to help win games, especially when we have taken the field with 8 or 9 players and still managed to win.

I am extremely proud of the way they have played, and at last after several seasons of frustration they have fulfilled the potential that I have always know was in them.

My thanks go the Geoff for all his help scoring, not only this year but over the past few seasons. Also thanks to all the supporters that turned out last night, the atmosphere was brilliant and I’m sure it helped to spur our lads on.

This slipped through the net a bit with holidays and the knockout, but there is a report on our win in the Hilditch cup on the Coventry Telegraph site.

The start time for the match at Bretforton on Sunday is 1pm.
